Ihre Aufgaben:

- Definition und Implementierung einer Produktvision und -strategie
- Entwicklung und Pflege einer umfassenden Product-Roadmap
- Management unterschiedlichster Stakeholder, inkl. Top
- und Senior-Management etc.
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungsteams, damit die Produktanforderungen verstanden und effektiv umgesetzt werden
- Sicherstellung des Wissenstransfers an den First-Line-Support
- Backlog-Management
- Schaffung von benutzerfreundlichen digitalen Umgebungen in Zusammenarbeit mit UX/UI-Designer*innen

Ihr Profil:

- Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Berufserfahrung als Product Owner oder Product Manager mit Schwerpunkt auf KI und Automatisierung
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von KI, maschinellem Lernen und Automatisierungstools
- Erfahrung mit digitalen Arbeitsplatzlösungen, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Chatbots und generativer KI, Scripting, RPA-Lösungen usw.
- Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in agilen Umgebungen
- Erfahrung mit Produktmanagement-Tools wie JIRA, Confluence, o.ä.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
