This VIE position based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, is for young graduates looking for an international experience in a strong growing finance group during a 12 months assignment (renewable).

Descriptif du poste

**Tasks - Equity Syndicate (ECM) department in Frankfurt**
- Weekly preparation of European stock market / capital markets overview
- Updating Powerpoint slides with profiles of German and Swiss investors
- Working independently as part of the preparation of transactions with a focus on investor targeting and evaluating investor feedback
- During transactions: updating the Excel sheet and word document with investor feedback and schedules
- Using Bloomberg for analyse investor targeting on planned transactions
- Working independently in the creation of analysis and performance reports for our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) cooperation banking partner Commerzbank
- Monthly updating of Powerpoint presentations on investment banking department
- Optional: taking part in virtual expert access and roadshow calls
- Participation in annual client events such as the Commerzbank/ODDO BHF Corporate Conference with stock market listed German companies

Profil et compétences recherchées
- Business school or university equivalent with a major in finance
- Experience in market finance would be a plus
- Good knowledge of the macroeconomic and stock market environment
- Analytical mind, rigour, flexibility, availability, autonomy and proactivity
- Excellent command of office tools (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
- Good speaking and witing skills in English are essential, at least intermediate level of German is required
