Ultrabright Biotech ist ein Start-Up Unternehmen in der molekularen Diagnostik, das innovative Technologien entwickelt, um die Empfindlichkeit diagnostischer Tests auf ein neues Niveau zu heben. Mit unserem einzigartigen Ultra-Beacon, das DNA-Nanotechnologie nutzt, bieten wir die Möglichkeit, ultraschwache Signale zu verstärken und Biomarker selbst in extrem niedrigen Konzentrationen nachzuweisen.

Wir suchen hochqualifizierten Wissenschaftler (m/w/d) mit Promotion in den Naturwissenschaften, die sowohl Erfahrungen im Bereich Diagnostik als auch im Design von DNA-Nanostrukturen mitbringen.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Durchführung von Forschungsprojekten zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Diagnosetechnologien und DNA-Nanostrukturen
- Design und Optimierung von DNA Origami-Strukturen zur Signalverstärkung
- Anwendung von molekularen Techniken, wie ELISA, ECL, Fluoreszenzmikroskopie, Fluoreszenzspektroskopie und HPLC, zur Analyse und Verbesserung diagnostischer Prozesse
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Forschungsteam, um innovative Lösungen für molekulare Diagnostik zu entwickeln
- Veröffentlichung von Forschungsergebnissen und Mitwirkung an wissenschaftlichen Publikationen

**Requirements**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium sowie Promotion in Chemie, Biochemie, Biophysik oder einem verwandten naturwissenschaftlichen Fachgebiet
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich molekulare Diagnostik oder DNA-Nanotechnologie
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von ELISA, ECL, Fluoreszenzmikroskopie, Fluoreszenzspektroskopie und HPLC
- Erfahrung im Design von DNA-Nanostrukturen, idealerweise im Bereich DNA Origami
