**️ What You'll Do**:
We’re on the hunt for a driven and experienced Technical Sales Lead to help us expand our client base. In this role, you’ll qualify leads for single
- and multi-family homes, as well as industrial clients, nurture potential client relationships, and guide them through the sales journey to conversion.
A deep understanding of PV systems & the regulatory landscape, stellar communication skills, and a proven track record in sales are essential.
- Qualify leads from inbound inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns, assessing potential fit and interest.
- Conduct initial consultations with prospects to understand their energy needs, evaluate site feasibility, and propose suitable solar PV solutions.
- Build and sustain relationships with homeowners, key decision-makers in multi-family residences, and industrial clients.
- Create tailored proposals and quotes that align with client requirements and our pricing and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate system design and feasibility assessments.
- Manage the sales pipeline and CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and activities.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, addressing concerns and securing agreements.
**✨ What Makes You a Great Fit**:
- ** Experience**: 2-3 years in B2C and/or B2B sales, ideally in renewable energy, or 2-3 years in technical PV planning with strong customer interaction.
- ** Proven Success**: A track record of not just meeting but exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- ** Solar Savvy**: Solid understanding of solar energy systems, including PV technology, installation processes, and financial incentives.
- ** German (C2) **and** English (C1) Proficiency** is a must
- ** Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in CRM software and industry-specific tools (like PVSol).
- ** Self-Starter**: Motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently and in a team.
