Under guidance of the Senior International Innovation & Process Manager you support the development of various initiatives to facilitate and improve our international product innovation process. You will be part of an interdisciplinary international team with many touchpoints across markets and functions. You will support in the creation of a strong group-wide innovation pipeline, innovation group processes and projects in collaboration with brand and market teams and other innovation-related functions.- Be the key interface to the markets in the area of innovation process related questions. - Improve existing and create new training materials for our project managers to support them to comply with the process phases consistently by all brands and markets. - Enable the markets with support tool / templates to drive consistency and efficiency. - Develop and manage Innovation KPIs and systematic Innovation evaluation and analysis. - Oversee all projects in the innovation pipeline to make sure they are compliant and help markets improve where needed. - Be an active contributor in idea generation and innovation workshops. **CONDITIONS**: **YOU BRING IT WITH YOU**: - Preferably studying in a field related to Marketing/Economics/Business Administration. - You are a self-starter with a go getter attitude. You love numbers and structure comes natural to you. You see the benefit in clear processes and you see where changes can be made to improve clarity and efficiency. - You have great social skills and you are not afraid to reach out to people, but you can also work alone. - Previous experience in innovation, controlling, project management or other marketing-related fields (viz. brand management innovation, consulting, etc.) of advantage. - Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas and think outside the box. - Ability to analyze complex topics and data files - Excel proficiency and computer savvy, able to quickly learn new digital tools. - Fluent oral and written command of English. - Regular presence in Nieder-Olm, Germany is mandatory.**WE ARE**: **DYNAMICS AND PASSION, RESPECT AND RESPONSIBILITY**: We are an innovative and modern family business with flat hierarchies and open communication.
