- We are looking for an employee for our accounting team who has already gained experience as an accounts payable clerk, would like to take the next career step and, with perspective, take over the management of the accounts payable team. We are hiring full-time.Your role in our team
Main tasks: Your tasks include responsibility for and ensuring accounting processes and day-to-day operations in close coordination with the team and division management. You will also assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as the corresponding reporting and create statistics and evaluations in Excel.
Interfaces: You are the contact person for other departments as well as suppliers and the auditor.
Day-to-day business: You provide operational support in the processing of supplier invoices and in general day-to-day business.
Working environment: You can expect a pleasant working atmosphere and varied activities. You can work from your home office 3 days a week and are in the office with your team the remaining 2 days a week.
What we offer
**Profile**:
Background: You have completed a good commercial vocational training. Further training as an accounts receivable/accounts payable clerk or bookkeeper is an advantage.
Work experience & knowledge: You have initial professional experience in finance and accounting as well as user knowledge in the use of an ERP system, preferably Navision. Your experienced handling of MS Office programmes rounds off your profile.
Your way of working: You are characterised by an independent, responsible way of working and can imagine taking on personal and professional responsibility as part of a team management.
Your strengths: You have excellent communication and organisational skills as well as a high level of service orientation. Your willingness to perform, accuracy and ability to work in a team make you stand out.
