Auftragsabwicklung Used Products (m/w/d)

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Die Aufgabe umfasst das Entgegennehmen von Kundenanfragen im Bereich Miete, Leihe und Verkauf von gebrauchten Robotern, Steuerungen und anderen KUKA Produkten für deutsche Endkunden und deutsche KUKA Tochter-Unternehmen.
- selbständige Angebotskalkulation, sowie deren Erstellung in enger Abstimmung mit den Vertriebsmitarbeitern.
- Erstellung von Kundenaufträgen zum Verkauf von gebrauchten KUKA Produkten.
- Erstellung von Rechnungen an Endkunden sowie interne Abrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling.
- Einsteuern von Fertigungsaufträgen für den Neumaschinen-Bau.
- Erstellung von Miet
- und Leihverträgen in Absprache mit den Vertriebsmitarbeitern für Endkunden und KUKA interne Bedarfe, sowie deutsche Messe
- und Veranstaltungs-Events.
- Prüfung der Materialverfügbarkeit für den kundenspezifischen Umbau der KUKA Produkte und rechtzeitiger Erstellung von Umbauaufträgen in Absprache mit der Werkstatt.
- Ankauf von gebrauchten KUKA Produkten.
- Abwicklung von Gewährleistungs-Fällen, ggf. Austausch der KUKA Produkte beim Endkunden.
- Nachverfolgung von Angeboten per Telefon und E-Mail.
- Monitoring der internen und externen Miet
- und Leihverträge zur rechtzeitigen Verlängerung, Änderung oder Beendigung in Absprache mit den Kunden und Vertriebsmitarbeitern.
- bei anfallenden Reklamationen und offenen Forderungen (kommerziell oder produktbasierend), gehen sie in aktive Klärung mit den Kunden.
- Upselling und das Herausstellen von weiteren Kundennutzen in Angeboten oder direkter Kommunikation mit den Kunden zu anderen KUKA Produkten aus dem Customer Service Portfolio gehören ebenfalls zu ihrer Aufgabe.
- Auftragsabwicklung in einem ERP- und CRM System.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Die Arbeitsaufgabe erfordert Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten, die üblicherweise in einer einschlägigen mindestens dreijährigen abgeschlossenen, kaufmännischen Berufsausbildung erworben werden.
- Technisches Verständnis von elektromechanischen Maschinen und Produkten wünschenswert.
- Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Vertragswesen vorteilhaft.
- Diese erforderlichen Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten können auch auf andere Weise erworben werden.
