**Your responsibilities**
- Calculate standardized and structured trading transactions, negotiate and conclude with German and international counterparties
- Push our bilateral OTC business
- Analyse and optimise our sales and trading strategies against the background of changing portfolio and market situations
- Further develop our pricing methods and margin steering
- Support the development and expansion of our digital trading solutions
- Work on internal interfaces, accompany internal IT projects and the development of new products and market channels
- Steer our business via the digital market channels

**Your profile**
- University degree with an economical / technical / mathematical background or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Extensive knowledge of the European energy markets
- Practical experience in the area of wholesale or trading
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of mathematics
- Advanced IT skills, experience in MS Excel, VBA-Programming, MS Access or MS PowerBI are advantageous
- Commercial thinking and high degree of initiative
- Good communication skills for the daily exchange with our customers and trading partners
- High level of commitment and team spirit
- German (at least level C1) and English (at least level B2)
- After onboarding in Düsseldorf, contract location in Hamburg or Regensburg (with homeoffice arrangement) is possible
