**Your mission**:
We will support, develop and enable you to:

- Drive, steer and manage end-to-end 360° Working Student /Internship recruitment process
- Support the Talent Acquisition and L&D with ad-hoc projects and admin tasks (E.g. KPIs)
- Support TA Team in organizing and ensuring seamless onboarding daysfor our newbies

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar studies
- Willingness to gain holistic HR and talent acquisition experience within a corporate start-up
- Solid interpersonal and intercultural skill set with the ability to collaborate and positively influence diverse stakeholders
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus
- IT Tools knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and Confluence is a plus
- You are energized by interacting with people and feel comfortable working within a high-paced performance-orientated environment
- Motivation to gain insight into the e-mobility business
