**Purpose of Role**
- Expand the regional and global buying power within the group through Cargo and all other potential carriers
- To develop cargo carrier relationships and to expand these relationships with all other offices.
- To understand the business model of all carriers, creating dialogues with Senior Leaders and middle management and introduce them to the CF group
- Progressively expand Carrier relationships with all brokers in the Chapman Freeborn Group by shadowing the carrier introductions and dialogue with the brokers.
- To be the voice and go-to person of the carriers in the region for the CF group

**Key Job Responsibilities**

**Strategy**
- Collate all commercial and out of hours commercial contacts whilst remaining a liaison person between the Carriers commercial teams and Brokers to ensure optimised results. Share carrier contacts and introduce brokers as and when required.
- Create incentive schemes with carriers and manage the agreements.
- Understand new clients and ensure that we hold relevant documents.
- Effective budget management by managing own budget in line with finance guidelines.
- Produce quarterly reports on progress to line manager and communicates update on a regular basis.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Remain the liaison person between the carriers and the brokers but only intervene when required.
- Differentiate Commercial management decision makes, operational as well as key strategic stakeholders in carrier organisation.
