JOUW JOB

Als Presales Solution Advisor werk je in een team van technische specialisten. Vanaf de presalesfase ben jij, vaak in samenwerking met onze Presales Consultants, verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van technische ondersteuning in het verkoopproces. Bij het verstrekken van advies houd je rekening met aspecten zoals techniciteit, financiële overwegingen en het commerciële voorstel.

Om projecten succesvol af te ronden, communiceer je op een duidelijke en gestructureerde manier met onze servicepartners, projectmanagers, service delivery managers, enzovoort. Met andere woorden, we beschouwen jou zowel intern als extern als een vat vol technische kennis.
- Je beantwoordt IT-technische vragen van onze accountmanagers
- Je ondersteunt collega presales advisors en consultants in projecten
- Het opdoen en onderhouden van je eigen kennis is een continu proces waar je actief mee aan de slag gaat
- Op tijd en stond update je de interne collega's omtrent nieuwigheden in je vakgebied
- Je maakt SOW's en BOM’s op die technisch sluitend zijn
- Je ontwerpt en brengt infrastructuuromgevingen in kaart
- Samen met het volledige team werken we aan een constante groei die resulteert in meer projecten (KPI)
- In overleg bezoek je klanten (en partners/vendoren) om hun wensen/behoeften in kaart te brengen, project voortgang/evaluatie te bespreken en jullie relatie te verbeteren. Daarbij maak je ook een inschatting qua prijszetting in projecten

JOUW PROFIEL
- Je hebt een passie voor IT, met uitgebreide kennis van ‘connectivity’. Termen zoals QoS, MAC-filtering, Spanning Tree Protocol, Link aggregatie, VLAN's en IGMP snooping zijn jou niet vreemd
- Kennis van MTR's of samenwerkingsoplossingen is een plus
- Bij voorkeur heb je al enkele certificeringen behaald in deze vakgebieden. Zo niet, dan ben je zeker bereid om deze op korte termijn te behalen
- Je bent bereid jouw kennis te delen met alle collega’s. Kennisdeling is zeer belangrijk binnen onze organisatie
- Je bent resultaatgericht, flexibel, besluitvaardig en diplomatiek. Een oog voor procesoptimalisatie wordt gewaardeerd in onze snel veranderende IT-wereld
- Innovatie en het omarmen van nieuwe technologieën zijn jouw drijfveren, altijd met onze visie en strategie in gedachten
