Working Student: Business Incubation

In this role you are part of a central team that accelerates innovation by exploring new use cases and business models to pursue solutions and ventures with high or disruptive business potential. You will conceptualize, design and build innovative products and services in the electronics/ semiconductor industry and beyond. As a working student in our Business Incubation team, you will develop and validate new business concepts with Infineon’s experts, customers or partners.

As a working student in the Business Incubation team your new role you will include:

- Assisting the team to **conceptualize **, **design **and **build innovative products **and **services **in the electronics/ semiconductor industry
- Exploring **new markets **and **business models **via **desktop **and **user research**:

- Assisting in **running validation sprints**:

- Participating in **Design Thinking **and **business model workshops **with experts

You are best equipped for this task if you:

- Are curious about **corporate innovation **and **entrepreneurship**:

- Ideally have some experience in **consulting **, **business building **, **high-tech **or the **startup/ scaleup environment**:

- Are a **team player **and **inspire **with an **independent **, agile and **goal-oriented way of working**:

- Have experience with **Design Thinking **and **Lean Startup methodologies**:

- Are proficient in the use of **MS Office tools **such as **PowerPoint **and **Excel**:

- Demonstrate **very good English **and **German **language skills
- Ideally you are interested in a longer-term cooperation of at least 12 months with 16-20 hours per week. _

- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report
- **You must be enrolled and not on academic leave**: Proper students (according to German law) are warmly welcome
- **You should live close to the site**: More than 150 km distance is not recommended for a working student job due to the travel.
