Als Team Lead unseres Supply Chain Management Teams setzt du deine Erfahrung ein, um die Bereiche Einkauf, Logistik und Produktion kurz-, mittel-, und langfristig zu gestalten und zu managen. Die Begeisterung abteilungsübergreifend zu arbeiten, strukturiert die Lieferfähigkeit von Hardware-Produkten zu sichern - vom Design bis zur Serienproduktion - und ein 5-köpfiges Team zu leiten, zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln, sollte dich jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistern. Hierfür solltest du neben deiner fachlichen und strategischen Kompetenz auch Hands-On Mentalität mitbringen und pragmatisch auf neue Herausforderungen eingehen.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Bereiche Einkauf, Logistik und Produktion
- Du führst, betreust, motivierst und entwickelst das Supply Chain Team
- Du verantwortest die Lieferantenbeziehungen, die Lieferantenentwicklung sowie das Risikomanagement
- Du entwickelst zukunftsträchtige Supply Chain Strategien und setzt diese erfolgreich um
- Du optimierst permanent bestehende und implementierst neue Prozesse
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Vertragsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene sowie für die Entwicklung neuer Beschaffungsquellen und -strategien
- Du steuerst die Abteilung nachhaltig durch regelmäßiges Reporting von KPIs, etc.
- Du arbeitest sehr eng funktionsübergreifend mit den Bereichen Hardware-Entwicklung, Projektmanagement und Produktmanagement zusammen

**DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN**
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management, z.B. BWL mit technischem Schwerpunkt, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Du bringst Berufs
- und Führungserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf und Supply Chain Management, idealerweise auch Erfahrungen im Bereich Logistik und Produktion, mit
- Du verfügst über Marktkenntnisse im Bereich elektronischer Baugruppen und Komponenten, sowie Box-Build Assembly
- Du zeichnest dich durch Kommunikationsstärke, Analytisches Denken und eine Hands-on-Mentalität aus
- Du hast eine routinierte Arbeitsweise in den Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen und idealerweise in einem ERP-System
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
