**What you'll do**
- Support the daily business of the executive office of SAP’s Global Head of AI and collaborate with senior management and other executive offices
- Build and execute the internal communication strategy for the SAP Business AI Product Engineering unit.
- Establish a consistent rhythm of business to ensure our work is aligned across teams to achieve our goals.
- Support event preparations such as SAP Sapphire, SAP TechEd, and SAP-external partner events, including presentations, customer meetings, media inquiries and more.
**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration related fields of study
- Very good project management skills and ability to structure complex topics with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and juggle numerous tasks simultaneously and seek solutions proactively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
- Prior SAP experience is a plus
- General knowledge about (generative) AI is beneficial
