Then we look forward to getting to know you **Your responsibilities**: - You are our connection to the organization: You like to communicate a lot with not data-savvy colleagues about the importance and role of data in Welthungerhilfe.- At the same time, you also listen to and address the data-related needs of our colleagues. As an open ear for wishes and problems, you pave the way for future data-based solutions in the organization.- You actively promote the accessibility and visibility of existing data solutions: To this end, you create and manage a SharePoint page that provides an overview of all the D&A team's offerings and activities.- Together with the thematic experts in the organization, you will engage in a targeted exchange on data quality and verify key figures in our information management systems and reports.- You will support colleagues worldwide in building their data knowledge. To do this, you identify learning needs and maintain and expand learning materials in the area of data literacy.- You have an eye for visualizations and support the development of Power BI reports. **Your profile**: - You are the perfect person for our team if you convince us with your personality through your passion for the topic of data communication paired with your will to move the organization forward together with us.- are interested in IT and/or BI topics, are creative and like to make suggestions for improvement.- are quick on the uptake of new information, have strong analytical thinking skills and enjoy taking on new tasks.- have a goal - and results-oriented and independent way of working and a high degree of autonomy.- enjoy working in a team and are not afraid to express your opinion.- are comfortable with the common MS Office products, especially Teams, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools would be a plus.- are fluent in English verbally and in writing because Welthungerhilfe works in almost 40 countries.
