The Vattenfall GmbH is currently looking for a

Working Student - Offshore Wind Procurement

for our office in Berlin.

As the company’s ambitions for growth in renewable energy increases, the demand for procurement expertise grows. We are therefore looking for the right person to support our Procurement Offshore Projects team.

You will be working with the Business Unit Offshore, working in an outstanding commercial and international environment, you will support Vattenfall realizing its transition to a more sustainable energy portfolio by securing the necessary equipment and services at best value for the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Support tendering activities including, qualification, evaluation, negotiation and preparing contract award decisions for offshore wind projects, ensuring best value and compliance with the Vattenfall objectives and principles
- Support steering the project teams through the procurement process from design of tender until contract award
- Support activities to negotiate and improve contract standards with key suppliers
- Support contract management activities in alignment with commercial contract managers
- Support in the evaluation of tender
- Document control & ad-hock tasks

**Profile**:

- You are an enrolled student in the field of economics, industrial engineering, supply chain or logistics management as well as comparable disciplines
- You are open, active, positive and safety
- You are passionate and are eager to learn more (Are you a learning animal?)
- You have a strong command of English, both verbally and written.
- You have an independent and structured way of working
- You have strong teamwork and communication skills
- You have good MS Office skills with focus on Excel, Power Point and possibly Power BI

Further Information:

- Start of employment: as soon as possible
- Working hours: 20 hours per week, during semester breaks up to 40 hours per week possible
