**Your responsibilities and tasks**:

To foster our future growth, we are searching for a Sourcing Specialist (f/m/d) who allows us to attract the right talent for our various business requirements. In this role, you will focus on GEA Mission 26 related job profiles and projects and be responsible for the following activities:

- Develop, implement and continuously optimize effective sourcing strategies and techniques
- Analyze active sourcing trends, identify, and select innovative media and channels, get engaged in social media networks
- Provide guidance and a strategic framework to local Active Sourcers and Recruiters
- Create interest on open positions and our company, promote our employer brand online and offline

**Your profile and qualifications**:

- University degree preferably in business administration, human resources, marketing or other related field
- Several years of experience in a talent acquisition or sourcing specialist role
- Proven and creative sourcing experience in a wide range of functional areas, ideally including manufacturing or mechanical engineering industry
- Previous experience in enterprise level Applicant Tracking Systems, Workday preferred
- English language fluency is required, German is a plus
