**What you'll build**
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand the needs, motivations, and workflows of a wide range of users
- Collaborating with team members to brainstorm and develop concepts aimed at simplifying the understanding and usability of complex content architecture for end users
- Assist in developing user interface designs that are intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for usability
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members
- Create visual designs that adhere to brand standards and guidelines
- Help maintain and update the organization's design documentation and visual assets, including logos, images, and templates, to ensure consistency across all communication channels
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies.

**What you bring**
- Currently pursuing a degree in user experience design, communication design, media design, human-computer interaction, psychology or a related field
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates design skills and experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. German language is a plus
- Ability to work effectively as a team player and visit the office on a recurring basis
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
