CARFAX Europe GmbH provides trusted information that helps millions of people to shop, buy, own and sell used cars with more confidence. Our flagship service is our Vehicle History Report, a curriculum vitae for used vehicles, to solve the asymmetric information problem in the used car market. Our customers get access to an extensive multinational database consisting of +32 billion historical records related to over 1 billion cars in +20 countries across Europe and North America.

Today, we are a team of 100+ people in six European countries - while retaining a start-up feeling, including flat hierarchies and flexible decision-making processes.

We are looking for a motivated Working Student with a passion for digital products, who helps with Quality Assurance by testing our digital products and analyzing the user experience. You will be working closely with many different teams including our Product Owners, the Marketing Team and the CARFAX Developer team.

**Your role**:

- Testing the CARFAX Products like our homepage and Vehicle History Reports for bugs
- Communicate your findings to our team of developers and work closely with them to analyze and solve issues
- Conduct user research for our product features
- Perform usage analysis for the Product Owners
- Support launching an upcoming bug-tool
- Managing the website localization and translation process with help of a professional localization tool

**Your profile**:

- You are currently in your studies with a relatable major
- A very high interest in digital products
- Analytical thinking with a keen eye for quality to perform a detail-oriented working style
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, further languages are a plus
- Structured working style
- Communicative personality
