Die DATAZULU GmbH ist Spezialist im Data-Driven-Advertising. Gegründet 2019 als Antwort auf die beschleunigte Digitalisierung und zunehmend automatisierte, datenfokussierte Medienlandschaft konzentriert sich DATAZULU auf drei Leistungsbereiche:

- Beratung: Von der Strategie über die Umsetzung bis zur Optimierung - Wir beraten in allen Belangen der datenbasierten, digitalen Werbung.
- Datenaussteuerung: Die richtige Zielgruppe im richtigen Moment mit der richtigen Botschaft erreichen. Die datenbasierte Kampagnen-Aussteuerung erhöht nachweislich Relevanz, Conversions und Effizienz.
- Wirkungsmessung: Wir machen den Wirkungsbeitrag aller Maßnahmen messbar - ganzheitlich, über alle Kanäle hinweg.

Aufgabenbereich
- Verantwortung für die Unit in den fachlichen Leistungsbereichen Adserving & Tracking, Reporting, Data-Based-Advertising / Real-Time-Advertising (RTA) und Datenmanagement
- Personelle Führung des Teams der Data Zulu GmbH, bestehend aus 7 Mitarbeitern
- Sicherstellung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse innerhalb der Data Zulu GmbH und in Verbindung zur masterplan media GmbH & Co. KG
- Sicherstellung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der oben genannten Leistungsbereiche
- Verantwortlich für das interne Datenmanagement / Reporting (inkl. Data Warehouse)
- Koordination von externen technischen Dienstleistern (z.B. API Programmierung, Tableau-Optimierungen)
- Proaktives Screening neuer Technologien und Möglichkeiten, Bewertung und ggf. Implementierung
- Unterstützung der masterplan bei Pitches

Qualifikationen
- Du hast mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in den oben genannten Leistungsbereichen

bei Medienanbietern, Online-Vermarktern, Agenturen oder in ähnlichen Unternehmen
- Du verfügst über Erfahrungen in der Ausbildung und Führung von Mitarbeitern
- Technische Themen begeistern Dich; neue Wege zu gehen, ebenso
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, rhetorische Sicherheit, souveränes Auftreten, lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
