**Your mission**:
- Handling legal issues in the area of contract law (especially agreements with suppliers, service providers, lease agreements, etc.)
- Managing external law firms as a support function for more detailed legal issues
- Creating contract templates/addenda/model clauses
- Providing Europe-wide support to colleagues on legal/regulatory issues related to digital data exchange
- Contract management: especially supporting contract documents throughout their life cycle, including documentation, updates, and modifications
- Process for drafting/concluding contracts
- Project support (e.g. for the introduction of new products and services)
**Your profile**:
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a corporate or business lawyer
- Successfully completed law studies (second state examination)
- Strong communication skills and interest in teamwork
- Fluent in English with excellent negotiation skills
- Interest in economic relationships in an international environment
