**Creative Brand Director**
**This position is based in Bulgaria, Germany, the UK, Denmark, and the Czech Republic, with remote/hybrid working options. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.**
We’re seeking a strategic, collaborative, and creatively driven **Creative Brand Director** to shape how the world sees and experiences Chaos. You will lead the development and execution of high-impact brand initiatives—balancing data-driven strategy with world-class creative direction to build a consistent, relevant, and memorable brand.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand & Communications, you’ll work cross-functionally across the marketing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on translating insights and market research into compelling, emotionally resonant storytelling and creative ideas—and who ensures brand strategy is consistently and cohesively expressed across every touchpoint, from visual identity to tone of voice. Your work will help shape how people feel about Chaos—reinforcing our reputation as a well-known, trusted, and respected industry leader.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**1. Brand Strategy & Campaign Ownership**:
- Drive the evolution of our brand strategy to align with business goals, market position, and audience needs.
- Monitor brand perception using tools like Brandwatch and competitive analysis, producing actionable insight reports.
- Lead brand-level campaigns and initiatives from concept through execution to performance analysis.
- Adapt brand positioning, messaging, and assets for emerging markets, product categories, and diverse audience segments.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure alignment with evolving strategy and market relevance.
**2. Creative Direction & Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Provide creative direction for major brand and marketing initiatives, including product launches, growth campaigns, events, and brand awareness efforts.
- Lead the ongoing development and evolution of our brand identity.
- Take a hands-on role in creating core brand assets including logos, design systems, and key campaign visuals, ensuring they are strategically aligned and visually compelling.
- Partner closely with the content/copywriting team to craft messaging aligned with tone of voice and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with design and 3D teams to develop visual assets that reinforce brand identity across digital, print, and immersive formats.
- Work alongside the video team to shape storytelling concepts and branded video content.
- Manage and collaborate with external creative agencies and partners.
**3. Team Leadership & Brand Operations**:
- Lead, mentor, and support team members and collaborators across brand and creative functions, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
- Directly manage the merchandising and digital asset management (DAM) team, ensuring brand merchandise reflects our identity and values, and that creative assets are organized, accessible, and consistently utilized.
- Oversee and actively manage timelines, creative workflows, and production schedules for brand-level campaigns—taking direct responsibility as project manager or partnering with project managers or producers to ensure smooth, on-time execution.
- Develop and implement scalable processes and tools to streamline brand asset creation, approval, and distribution.
- Manage vendor relationships and budgets related to brand production and asset management.
- Champion adoption of brand tools and resources across global teams to maximize efficiency and consistency.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure all brand materials meet company standards and legal/compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of recent experience in brand strategy development and execution, with a strong focus on brand-level campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
- Strong design background experience with the ability to develop brand identities.
- Deep understanding of our industries—3D visualization, AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction), and M&E (Media & Entertainment)—including customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Deep understanding of Chaos’ products, markets, and customer base; being an active user of our products is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to translate market and competitor research into actionable brand strategies
