**Marketing and Customer Service Intern (Native Italian Speaker)**

**Position Overview**

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing and Customer Service Intern to join our team at our headquarters in Wuppertal, Germany. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both marketing and customer service within an international e-commerce environment.

**Key Details**
- **Location**: Wuppertal, Germany (BRICOFLOR Headquarters)
- **Start Date**: Immediate
- **Duration**: 6 months
- **Working Hours**: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (40 hours/week)
- **Compensation**:

- Option 1: €650/month (NET)
- Option 2: €300/month (NET) + accommodation (based on availability)

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Service**
- Provide product information, order status updates, and troubleshooting assistance
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary

**Marketing Activities**
- Create engaging and informative blog posts for our Italian website
- Conduct keyword research to optimize content and improve SEO performance
- Update and maintain website content, including product descriptions and landing pages
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign development and implementation

**Requirements**:

- Native Italian speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English (German is a plus)
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus
- Familiarity with MS Office suite
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business Administration)
