Become a key player at Salesforce as an Enterprise Account Executive. This role offers the chance to shape the future of business within the Insurance industry by connecting customers with the transformative power of the Salesforce Customer 360 platform.

**About the opportunity**:
Key Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition and growth of key accounts within the insurance sector (life, property & casualty, health, and reinsurance)
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with internal teams across product, marketing, and delivery
- Build and nurture a strong network of client stakeholders, especially at C-level and decision-making levels
- Understand customer pain points and industry challenges, aligning our solutions to deliver high business value - including digital platforms, data analytics, and cloud services
- Lead complex sales cycles from discovery to close, including high-value deal structuring and contract negotiations
- Maintain a healthy pipeline through active prospecting, qualification, and CRM-based forecastingMonitor market trends and competitor offerings; represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, Insurance Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise B2B solution sales, ideally with a focus on insurance or financial services
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, including business models, digital transformation, and regulatory dynamics
- Proven track record of winning and growing complex customer accounts, ideally involving multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - comfortable engaging at executive level
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, self-driven approach and entrepreneurial spirit
- Fluent in English (business level) and German
