**The Role**
For our **Global Sensory **team in **Hamburg**, we are looking for a **Senior Specialist Sensory Panel Management (M/F/d)**
**What are your major duties?**
- Key project contact for internal stakeholders for all product categories for panel relevant requests
- Consultation of internal stakeholders in order to create business relevant solutions up-to-date with sensory practice and science
- Leading Panel Team
- Supervision and development of qualified Descriptive Panels and related operational business
- Development of sensorial test designs for qualitative and quantitative product research
- Driving and supervising process improvements and transparency necessary for managing descriptive panels for all product categories
- Plan & manage budget for panel operations for defined product categories and provide regular reporting
- Administration of all relevant Panel IT infrastructure necessary to run evaluations (Software & Hardware)
- Development and maintenance of database solutions and providing access to allow clients to extract data for further processing
- Supervision and maintenance of Base SAS Tools or alternatives relevant for panel management
- Initiation and development of data analyses tools/non-standard methodologies in alignment with Line Manager and Sensory and Global Insight Teams
- Creating statistical models to identify drivers of liking and products heat maps to prepare foundation for action plans.
**Who are you?**
University grade in Sensory, Food Science, Social Science or equivalent. Min. 5-year-experience in sensory product and market research and interaction between product & consumer.
- Fluent English writing and speaking skills
- High level knowledge of statistical analysis and methods of descriptive product/pack research
- Excellent PC knowledge (Microsoft Office & SAS/SPSS/XL Stat or alternatives)
- Excellent analytical thinking and project/stakeholder management skills
- Familiar with tobacco products and NGP
