Job description As a Sales Assistant (f/m/d) you are responsible for ensuring that our customers and leads have a contact person at all times. Through your position as an interface between our direct customers, sales and other company departments, such as finance or logistics, you will ensure that our sales managers can sell efficiently and have the right information available at all times. Become part of our success story and take on the challenge by - handling all order processing from incoming inquiries and creating quotes in our CRM to following up on orders. - taking over the invoicing after delivery by using our integrated ERP and by being responsible for the general answering of customer inquiries or customer communication in the administrative area. - having a complete overview of the operations within the internal sales network and helping to optimize the processes and workflows in sales. - being the power user of our CRM's and making sure that the information about our customers is always up to date. **Requirements**: - You have a commercial education or a comparable qualification. - You are a strong sales personality with high customer, service and sales orientation. - You are an organizational talent and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams. - You like details and you don't miss any "small print" in customer orders. - You have experience in working with CRM and ERP systems. Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite is an advantage. - You have excellent German and English skills, both oral and written.
