Working Student Business Intelligence

**Your new environment**:
In our Data Product team we solve data-related challenges by designing & building end-to-end advanced analytical solutions, including infrastructure & visualisations, based on a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and needs. In this role as working student in FELD M's Data Product team you will be able to create value for our clients and projects by contributing to the Data Visualization and Business Intelligence elements of our projects, enabling our clients to fuel their business decisions with data.

**What awaits you**:

- In a Project Team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Analytics Specialists, you contribute to the Data Visualization and Business Intelligence elements of our project.
- Your day starts with a good coffee, before diving into a world of numbers, dashboards, data bases and analyses.
- You get started with understanding the client’s needs and goals, from which you collaboratively create a concept. The concept is then followed by data preparation, often in collaboration with your Data Engineering & Data Science colleagues, and dashboard construction. The final data product will then be presented to the stakeholder.
- Your work will often entail working together with your colleagues on client requests such as developing a new feature, adjusting a dashboard logic, or fixing a bug. You get a chance to get your hands dirty with coding and technical topics and will also spend time designing beautiful and practical data products.
- You have the opportunity to continuously work on your personal and team development by contributing ideas to further develop your team and our service offering.
- We help you grow into a Specialist role in our Data Product Team.

**What you bring along**:

- Ideally, you have already gained experience in an internship or working student role in the area of Business Intelligence or where you were able to create insights.
- You really enjoy working with and visualizing data, you like coming up with new ideas and you would like to work in an agile work environment.
- You were able to gain first experiences in working with Tableau, including the process of connecting data sources to build charts/dashboards until finally publishing them on the Tableau online/server. Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, power BI and Klipfolio) is a plus.
- You have used SQL before to write queries and to analyze and shape the data for visualization.
- You are interested in learning or further developing your skills with tools from Modern Data Stack and, for example, conceptualization tools like Figma.
- Your analytical mindset and your open, authentic and honest attitude round up your friendly and motivated personality.
- You are available for at least 16 hours a week.
