Für den Bereich Corporate Communications & IR suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Head of Internal Communications (x|w|m) für die Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH. In dieser Position sind Sie für die Mitgestaltung, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unserer internen Kommunikationsstrategie verantwortlich und arbeiten fortlaufend an Prozessverbesserungen. Gemeinsam mit einem kleinen, internationalen Team erarbeiten Sie relevante Kommunikationsinhalte für verschiedene interne Zielgruppen, die Sie in attraktive Assets gießen und über die internen Kanäle ausspielen. Der Job erfolgt tageweise remote (max. 2 Tage pro Woche) sowie vor Ort am Campus in Göttingen.

- Entwicklung von internen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen auf Basis der Unternehmensstrategie
- Umsetzung via Medienmix - Digital, Video/Audio, Print, Townhalls, Events
- Redaktionelle Verantwortung für alle internen Formate
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung des Sartorius Daily als Leitmedium; Weiterentwicklung der Dialogformate
- Kommunikative Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Projektleitenden
- Implementierung der Kommunikationsrichtlinien
- Führung und Entwicklung eines internationalen Teams
- Steuerung externer Dienstleister
- Intensive Kooperation u. a. mit den weiteren Funktionen der Konzernkommunikation, HRM, Legal, Compliance und den Sparten
- Messen von Effektivität und Produktivität sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung / Data & Analytics / Reporting

**Das bringen Sie mit**
- Hochschulstudium und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der internationalen Kommunikation auf Unternehmens
- oder Agenturseite
- Erfahrung in der Digitalkommunikation inkl. Intranets / Content-Management-Systeme, hohe Affinität zu digitalen Medien und Netztrends
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, hohe Lernbereitschaft
- Sehr gutes Verhandlungsgeschick und hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Teamplayer, Erfahrung mit und Freude an der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
