Ihre Aufgaben
- Das HR-Coordinator-Team kümmert sich um das operative Tagesgeschäft im Personalbereich. Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) unterstützt du das Team bei administrativen Tätigkeiten und spannenden Projekten und erlangst einen ersten Einblick in die Arbeit einer Personalabteilung
- Du unterstützt den Bereich Young Talents inklusive
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Managerin Young Talents
- Unterstützung der Führungskräfte und Young Talents bei systemischen oder administrativen Fragen und Problemen
- Eigenständige Organisation von Community-Events (z. B. Onboarding, Gemeinsame Mittagessen, Werksführungen, Führungen durchs Trainingscenter)
- Ad hoc Unterstützung z.B. bei Erstellen von Reports, Übersichten und Auswertungen
- Die eigenständige Postbearbeitung sowie Versand von Zeugnissen, Bescheinigungen und Vertragsdokumenten sind Teil deiner Aufgaben
- Als Werkstudent (M/F/d) unterstützt Du beim Jubilarprozess
- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört die Mithilfe bei der Organisation von Einführungsveranstaltungen für neue Mitarbeitende
- Außerdem unterstützt Du bei weiteren HR-Projekten

Ihre Qualifikationen
- Du bist an einer deutschen Hochschule immatrikuliert
- Erste Erfahrung in der Personalabteilung ist von Vorteil
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Du beherrschst Deutsch sehr gut und Englisch gut in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und Teamgeist zeichnen dich aus
- Dein Wohnsitz befindet sich in Hamburg oder Umgebung, da die Tätigkeit die Arbeit vor Ort in unserem neuen, modernen Campus erfordert (Bürostandort Hamburg-City Süd)
