As a **Sr. Systems Administrator - Virtualization**, you'll be responsible for activities related to system administration. You will also assign personnel to various projects, direct their activities, and evaluate their work, all with the goal of making an impact across the federal government.

**What you'll do**:

- Ensure long-term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning of the organization.
- Be responsible for the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of computer software.
- Implement operating system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- 5+ years of experience in system administration, with at least 3 years focusing on virtualization technologies such as VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, or similar.
- Strong understanding of server hardware, storage, networking, and security protocols.
- Experience with various operating systems, including Windows Server, Linux, and Unix.
- A Secret Clearance.
