Composite Manufacturer (m/w/d) for Helicopters Ref. 10228110

**Aufgabenprofil**:
Der/Die Stelleninhaber ist als Composite Manufacturer (m/w/d) for Helicopters tätig. Das Aufgabengebiet gliedert sich im Detail wie folgt:

- Herstellen von Blech-Sandwich Bauteilen
- Manuelles Endbearbeiten von Composite Bauteilen und Blech Sandwich Bauteilen
- Ausrüsten von ausgehärteten CFK und GFK Bauteilen
- Durchführung von Struktureller und nicht strukturelle Klebung
- Dokumentation der Arbeitsfolgen im Fertigungsauftrag
- Zuordnung von Material zum Fertigungsauftrag
- Selbstständiges und qualitätsbewusstes sowie kostenbewusstes Arbeiten (Fertigungsprüfer von Vorteil)
- Einsparpotential erkennen
- Arbeiten im Team

**Berufsausbildung**:

- Verfahrensmechaniker/in für Beschichtungstechnik mind. Berufsausbildung mit langj. Berufserfahrung oder
- Verfahrensmechaniker/in für Kunststoff u. Kautschuk mind. Berufsausbildung mit langj. Berufserfahrung oder
- Schreiner

**Berufserfahrung**:

- Fertigung / Produktion mind. über 3 Jahre
- Luft
- und Raumfahrt mind. über 3 Jahre
- Schreiner
- Laminieren
- Verfahrensmechaniker

**Sprachkenntnisse**:

- Deutsch mind. fortgeschritten
- Englisch mind. Anfänger

**Weitere Qualifikationen**:

- Detaillierte Kompetenzen und Fertigkeiten: Allgemeine Herstellung, Grundlagen Verbundwerkstoffe, Allgemeine Produktion
- Kenntnisse im Umgang und Lesen von Zeichnungen
