**YOUR TASKS**
- Build and use the Agile testing environment infrastructure — including the test toolchain — as well as integrating assets from Agile teams and performing end-to-end solution testing
- Develop and implement test strategies and plans to ensure the quality of the final product, along the whole development cycle including MIL SIL,PIL, HIL up to off-site train tests
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing and communicating those risks
- Reconcile test concept and strategy with involved department
- Plan and create test cases, scripts, and other test documentation, and ensure that they are properly executed and tracked for an agile development process
- Communicate testing status and results to project stakeholders, including management and customers

**YOUR PROFILE**
- University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Beneficial ISQTP Advanced or Expert Certification
- Experience in testing of dependable systems
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in testing mechatronic products in a role as test management
- Fluent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
- Experience in test environment for safety related product development
- Experience with performance testing and real time simulations testing
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with testing
