Pour accompagner notre croissance, nous recherchons dès maintenant un **Setter - ouvert aux profils en reconversion (M/F/d)** pour rejoindre notre équipe à Berlin (U6-Bahnhof Naturkundemuseum). En tant que premier point de contact avec nos clients, tu joueras un rôle essentiel dans leur accompagnement.

**Ton profil**:

- Maîtrise du français niveau C2
- Aisance relationnelle, ouverture d’esprit et enthousiasme
- Esprit d’équipe, fiabilité et loyauté
- Goût pour la persuasion et le conseil
- Organisation, rigueur et sens des responsabilités
- Attitude positive, orientée solutions
- Énergie, ambition et plaisir à atteindre des objectifs

**Tes missions**
- Contacter des prospects (aucune prospection à froid)
- Prendre rendez-vous pour notre équipe de Sales Consultants
- Compléter la fiche prospect avec soin et précision
- Tout faire pour atteindre ses objectifs au quotidien
- Participer activement à la relation client et au suivi
