Trilogy Writing & Consulting GmbH is a dynamic, growing company with headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and other offices in the UK and USA, that produces regulatory documentation for the international pharmaceutical industry. As a result of our current expansion, we have a vacancy for a:
**Client Account Assistant (m/w/d)**
Full-time/Part-time

We are looking for an outgoing person who can contribute to and support the planning, co-ordination and delivery of the Client Account Management activities. The successful applicant will have:

- Experience in an administration role that includes invoicing and credit control in a professional services environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Support in the preparation of invoices
- Support with the credit control process
- Support in the preparation of work orders and change orders and following up with clients on contracts and work orders
- Monitoring the time tracking data base
- Monitoring project budgets and project invoice tracking
- General office duties to support the client accounts department, as needed
