For our boutique in **Berlin Kudamm**, we are looking for a **Stock Support Intern**talent with passion and drive. As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Being an ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and helping the boutique team on the floor with ensuring a welcoming client focused environment
- Assist the stock team in ensuring daily replenishment of shopping bags, gift boxes and packaging
- Providing efficient service to all sales staff (preparing products and advising on stock availability)
- Proving sufficient availability of products on the shop floor and support on stock transfers between stores when needed
- Assisting in the delivery of products and verifying the condition and quantity of the delivery
- Ensuring that all products are packaged, labeled, and properly stored in the stockroom

**Profile**:

- Desiring to develop a career in luxury retail and a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison Christian Dior
- Client-oriented approach and solutions-oriented attitude as well as a positive mindset
- High level of communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced and luxury environment
- Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus
