**Hauptverantwortlichkeiten** - Verantwortlich für den Produktübergangsprozess / NPI sowie alle Planungsrelevanten Themen - Minimierung der Auswirkungen auf die Gewinn - und Verlustrechnung - Verantwortlich für die NPI-Reaktionsfähigkeit - Verwaltung des "Last Time Buy"-Prozesses, um die operative Reaktionsfähigkeit auf künftige Anforderungen mit mínimalen Auswirkungen auf die Gewinn - und Verlustrechnung sicherzustellen - Verantwortlich für einen interaktiven Wissensaustausch mit allen Stakeholdern in der Operation - Vorbereitung von internen und externen Audits - Planung auf hoher Ebene (mit Schnittstellen zum Management) für mehrere Produkte - Initiierung und Implementierung von neuen Prozesse - Bestandsmanagement - Analyse von Daten und Lagerbeständen zur Unterstützung des Geschäftsbedarfs - Entwicklung von Bestands-AOP - Leitung von Projekten zur Bestandsreduzierung - Einrichtung neuer Bestandsverwaltungssysteme und Änderung bestehender Systeme - Schlüsselrolle in unternehmensweiten, mehrstufigen, kollaborativen Entscheidungsfindungsprozessen, die bis auf die obersten Ebenen des Unternehmens reichen - Beteiligung an funktionsübergreifenden, komplexen Projekten, die zu effizienten Prozessen führen **Ihr Profil** - Ingenieurtechnisches Studium, alternativ vergleichbare Ausbildung mit einschlägigen Erfahrungen - Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung mit einem hohen Anteil an Produktentwicklung für kleine und mittlere Serien - Vertraut mit der Materialwirtschaft - Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP - Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS-Office - Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
