**Deine Aufgaben**
- Durch deine Erfahrung und Know How übernimmst du die fachliche Führung und Verantwortung für unsere komplette Videoproduktion
- Du definierst das Aussehen und die Qualität unserer Videos mit den besten Standards
- Dein Gespür für Kamera, Licht & Ton fließt maßgeblich in die Gestaltung unserer Videos ein
- Du coachst das gesamte Team regelmäßig, damit jedes einzelne Teammitglied immer besser wird
- Als kreativer Kopf des Teams entwickelst du gemeinsam mit anderen Verantwortlichen neue Videokonzepte & Settings

**Was Du mitbringst**:

- Du bist seit mehreren Jahren sehr erfolgreich in der Videoproduktion tätig. (Freelancer // Agentur // Inhouse)
- Deine bisherigen Kunden / Auftraggeber schätzen dein Allround-Talent und deine Expertise, sowie deine exzellenten Kommunikations-Skills
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams sammeln können
- Du kommst mit Druck und stressigen Situationen gut klar und bleibst trotz allem immer gelassen und behältst einen kühlen Kopf
- Du hast ein aussagekräftiges Portfolio von deinen Arbeiten, welches deine Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Kamera, Licht und Bildgestaltung bestätigt
- Du hast Erfahrung im Gestalten von Settings und besitzt ein gutes ästhetisches Gespür
- Dein selbstsicheres Auftreten unterstützt deine fachliche Kompetenz
