In Ihrer Funktion als **Training and Learning Support**, unterstützen Sie deutschlandweit unsere Dialysen und Praxen dabei, dass Fortbildungsangebot aufrechtzuerhalten, weiterzuentwickeln und zu verbessern. Dabei berücksichtigen Sie die gesetzlichen Anforderungen, sowie die Sicherstellung von Pflichtschulungen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Erstellen der Fortbildungsbroschüre für die Nephrocare
- Organisation und Betreuung von Weiterbildungskursen für die Mitarbeiter der Nephrocare
- Schulungsadministration von Bestellwesen, Teilnehmerorganisation und Betreuung sowie Rechnungsbearbeitung
- Administrative Betreuung von E-Learning-Kursen
- Auswertung des Fortbildungsbudget und jährliche Budget Planung für Fortbildungen
- Revision der QM-Dokumente
- Veranstaltungsorganisation, -betreuung und -weiterentwicklung firmeninterne Veranstaltungen
- Austausch mit internen Fachabteilungen und Führungskräften
- Prozessoptimierung
- Abstimmung mit dem Betriebsrat und Einreichung von Anträgen beim Betriebsrat

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Health Care, Pflegemanagement oder ein vergleichbares Studium wie Eventmanagement (Allgemeine Hochschulreife)
- Organisatorisches Geschick
- Eigenverantwortliche, konzeptionelle und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Ausdrucksweise und Kommunikationsvermögen
- Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit und aktiven Netzwerkarbeit in der Unternehmensgruppe
- Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse in der Pflege und/oder Weiterbildungsmarkt wünschenswert
- Guter Umgang mit Präsentationstechniken wünschenswert
