**Your role**
- Development of new (natural) raw materials and process optimization of existing raw materials (including generation of IP)
- First experiences in Molecular Modeling (e.g. Discovery Studio) would be an asset
- Documentation of Results and Project Management (Quattro ELJ and AdaptiveWork)
- Literature screening using common databases (e.g. SciFinder) including evaluation and editing of results
- Presentation of research results to mixed internal teams, customers and on international conferences
- Responsible for laboratory safety aspects
**About you**
PhD in Organic Chemistry (or closely related field) additional working experiences abroad are beneficial.
- High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of German
- Self-organized and enjoying work in (multidisciplinary) teams
- Good communication and presentation skills
