**Job Description**:
**Rust **is the new rising star of programming languages. **Deeply Embedded projects** are expected to experience an impact first. Your job will include the following tasks:

- You help creating the basis** for future projects**, identifying gaps to classical development with **C/C++** and providing **performance comparisons** with examples running on real hardware.
- You **investigate** and** analyze **existing** use cases** and **features** (e.g. interfacing with assembler code, scheduling, robust code, etc.) and **develop ready to run** **code examples**.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Personality and working method**:Team player with good communication skills, structured and solution oriented way of working, combined with high quality awareness and independence
- ** Experience and knowledge**: Basic knowledge in the area of embedded software development using C/C++, experience with programming using Rust and about the general process of binary code generation are beneficial
- ** Education**:Students of computer science or comparable field of study
- ** Languages**:Very good knowledge of German or English

**Duration**:min. 6 months - 15h/week

The prerequisite for the student employment is matriculation at a university. Please include your CV, a current matriculation certificate, your current certificates, the examination regulations and, if applicable, a a valid work and residence permit with.

The position can be filled in Rülzheim, Berlin, Braunschweig, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Holzkirchen and Lollar. Please indicate your desired work location and starting date.
