**Company Description**
We are engaged in a collaborative effort with a global workforce solutions provider for the energy industry for this position.

As Legal Counsel, you will use your legal expertise to manage legal risks, ensure compliance across the company, and support strategic decision-making. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will clarify complex legal issues and help protect our business growth. With a broad international focus, this role offers you the opportunity to make important legal decisions and contribute significantly to the secure and successful development of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, with a focus on service and work agreements.
- Provide legal support and guidance across all areas of the business.
- Develop and refine strategies for managing legally relevant topics and risks.
- Draft comprehensive legal opinions and reports.
- Conduct research and analysis on legal matters impacting the business.
- Advise management on business decisions with potential legal implications.
- Manage the internal legal team and oversee daily legal operations.
- Coordinate and collaborate with external law firms when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver training to employees on key legal and compliance topics.

**Qualifications**
- +8 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- A law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
- Proven expertise in employment law, service contracts, and work contracts.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to handle time-sensitive legal matters with efficiency.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication abilities in both languages.
