**Racing Lounge Attendant**

As a Racing Lounge Attendant, you are the face of Racing Unleashed and play a key role in delivering an unforgettable experience to every guest who walks through our doors. From welcoming visitors to guiding them through their racing session, you create moments that define Racing Unleashed. This role combines hospitality, technology, and a passion for motorsport in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression on guests.
- Guide and support guests of all experience levels through their simulator sessions
- Ensure seamless lounge operations and an outstanding guest experience at all times.
- Proactively support local customer acquisition and event outreach
- Support the execution of Racing Unleashed challenges and local events
- Help set up and dismantle simulators for external activations and roadshows

**Your Qualification**
- Experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, or similar)
- Strong communication skills in German (spoken and written)
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Well-groomed, professional appearance and confident demeanour
- Enthusiasm for motorsport or sim racing is a plus
- Motivated, hands-on, and a true team player
- English and additional language skills are a bonus

Art der Stelle: Vollzeit, Teilzeit

Gehalt: 3.300,00€ - 3.500,00€ pro Monat

Erwartete Arbeitsstunden: 40 pro Woche
