Erfolgreiche Crowdfunding-Kampagnen und gewonnene Designpreise sind nur ein kleiner Teil der Reise. In unserem modernen und großzügigen Büro in Hennef bei Köln werden unsere Visionen entwickelt und umgesetzt.

**Deine Aufgabenbereiche**
- Annahme von Supportanfragen
- Eigenständige Problemanalyse und Beantwortung der Anliegen unserer Kunden
- Kundenanfragen sind bei dir bestens aufgehoben und werden schnellstmöglich beantwortet
- Als Kund*innen
- und Produktexpert*in erkennst Du Optimierungspotenziale und gibst Verbesserungsvorschläge

**Dein Profil**
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung ist von Vorteil, aber kein muss
- Kundenkontakt ist genau dein Ding
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und auch Anfragen auf Englisch (per Mail) lassen dich nicht zurückschrecken
- Du trägst Dein Herz am rechten Fleck, bist stets freundlich und zuvorkommend und auch in herausfordernden Situation bewahrst Du Deine Ruhe
- Du hast Lust dich einzubringen und überraschst uns mit deinen individuellen Stärken
