**Team Leader Production (M/F/d) - Metal Parts Production**:

In this position, you will lead a team in the production of metal parts and ensure continuous and efficient production operations in compliance with the process sequences, specifications from work instructions, work plans, etc. as well as quality and safety standards. As Team Leader Production, you will report to the Production Manager and in your role will help to ensure that ABB products are manufactured from individual components. You will be responsible for personnel deployment planning, taking into account the schedule and cost structure to achieve the production targets.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Management of a production area in metal parts production and management of approx. 25 employees
- Carrying out capacity planning and production planning (SAP)
- Identification & implementation of optimization potential in production processes and systems
- Leading CIP projects and workshops
- Ensuring a smooth production process by managing, organizing and recruiting employees in cooperation with the HR department
- Guiding and motivating team members and developing potential

**Your background**:

- Master craftsman, technician or comparable further training in a technical environment
- Several years of experience in production or production-related areas
- Experience in leading teams in production is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of production processes
- Proven experience with CIP projects and lean management (e.g. KAIZEN, Lean Six Sigma)
- Good knowledge of health and safety, quality standards and quality requirements (e.g. ISO 9000 - 9004)
- Quick comprehension and ability to work under pressure in combination with strong teamwork skills
- Fluent written and spoken German, good knowledge of English
- Willingness to work in shifts
- High degree of empathy and assertiveness, always trustworthy and authentic
