Digital & Classical Graphic Design Specialist (f/m/x) in Healthcare

**Location**:
Norderstedt (near Hamburg)

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and create** EMEA-wide digital** as well as **classical graphic design concepts and campaign assets**:

- **Translate brand strategy** and business challenges **into holistic** as well as **channel-independent creative ideas** and communication solutions
- Establish and maintain creative standards, style guides and web templates for multiple business lines
- Design** product illustrations, brochures, logos, signs, magazine covers, advertisements, websites, apps **and other communication material
- Ensure that creative designs and content consistently reflect the brand image and company ideals

**Your profile**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital/classical advertisement, marketing and design sector, preferably with agency work experience
- Creative capabilities with excellent graphic design and layout skills (Illustration, Retouching, Composition, Photoproduction, 3D stills and animation) and relevant software (MS Powerpoint/Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and more)
- Keen awareness of latest trends in advertisement and extensive knowledge of creative processes (concept, storyboarding, dramaturgy)
- Digital and classical design allrounder with exceptional creativity and innovation
- Result-oriented, with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Accurate and deadline-oriented work style
