**About the position**:
Klang is looking for an Associate Producer (f/m/d). In this role, alongside a Product Owner and Producer, you will manage the work of a cross-discipline feature team. Together you will work on building and iterating upon the feature set of our game, SEED. You will work closely with your teams to run sprints & Scrum rituals, deliver work on time & in scope and improve the processes & workflows. As part of a larger production team, reporting to the Development Director, you will report all work and manage the updating of our roadmap, as well as assisting with production tasks generally.

**What you will do**:

- Assist with project planning, task tracking, and risk assessment.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between various teams to maintain a clear understanding of project goals and priorities.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing project metrics and data to drive process improvements.
- Work with the Producer on improving all production processes and workflows within Klang.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation.
- Participate in playtests, providing feedback, and helping to iterate on game features.

**Who we think will be a great fit**:

- You have 1+ years of experience as a Producer, Project manager or Program manager.
- You are familiar with or are interested in learning Agile Development methodologies.
- You have a growth mindset, and are open to learning new ideas, frameworks, and tools.
- You can communicate fluently in English, inside and outside of your own domain.
- You have strong leadership and communication skills.

**Bonus**:

- You have worked in the video games or technology industries.
- You have Jira and Confluence experience.
