In order to further expand our Technical Fleet Management team, we are looking in **Hamburg** for a
**SUPERINTENDENT**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for the technical and commercial support of some of our container and bulk vessels
- Regular inspection tours
- Plan, supervise and coordinate repairs and shipyard visits
- Prepare and monitor the budget of vessel operating costs and ensure compliance with prescribed regulations
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Very good technical knowledge and interest in commercial contexts
- Extensive knowledge and experience in general ship operation of Container and/ or Bulk vessel
- Extensive knowledge and experience of project work/ repair projects and class renewals
- Strong analytical, problem solving, time management, decision making and leadership skills
- Communicative, open-minded, good inter-cultural skills and appreciate working in a team
- Demonstrate teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills

- Highly flexible, stress resistant and able to demonstrate conceptual thinking skills
- Solid knowledge of the legal aspects of shipping
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel
