**The role**

As a **Medical Editor (Freelance)** at Frieda, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our medical content managers, medical advisors, product, sales, and marketing managers during an exciting phase of innovation and growth, building and shaping our new eHealthcare company. Together with our co-founder and CSO you will bring our content delivery to the next level and make a big impact on the company's development.

**Tasks and responsibilities**
- **Review and proofread** written content of our digital courses and offerings, as well as patient leaflets, press releases, social media posts, newsletters, and websites.
- Ensure that our content adheres to our** writing guidelines** and quality standards.
- Ensure that our content meets our **target group's tonality **(women 50+).
- Responsible for **clarity, consistency, and accuracy.**:

- Responsible for correct **grammar, punctuation, spelling, and phrasing.**:

- Maintain familiarity with current healthcare **industry trends**, pharmaceutical practices, and regulatory requirements that affect medical writing.

**You'll fit great with these skills and values**
- Native **German** skills and strong personal relations to the topic of **Menopause**.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in **journalism, technical communication, writing studies, **or related fields.
- Exceptional **medical or commercial writing** skills and faultless **grammar and spelling**.
- 2+ years of writing experience in the **healthcare or pharmaceutical industry** with proficient knowledge of medical terminologies and jargon.
- Strong **project management **skill and an **autonomous** working style.
- Strong **problem-solving skills** and high level of **attention to detail**.
- Excellent **communication and collaboration** skills.
- Experience working in a **fast-paced** environment.
