Your role As Head of Operations (Human) you will find yourself right at the heart of the company. Your will work closely with Paul, our CEO, the leadership time as well as the rest of the team on a diverse range of topics, ranging from highly strategic implementations to day-to-day operational tasks. Your mission is to scale our processes, ensuring the chain of operations mesh together smoothly and resources are used efficiently. You and your team enable each and every team member as well as the organization as a whole to achieve the best possible results. - Together with your team, you will evaluate existing operational processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and scalability - You will streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivity - You will implement and maintain monitoring mechanisms to track operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making - You will be leveraging Salesforce to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve overall performance of Event Inc - You will act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating communication, and promoting cross-functional collaboration - In particular, you will be working closely with the teams from Tech, Product, Location Sales and Customer Consulting **In short**: You will have the opportunity to shape the future success of Event Inc Group What we like - You present a proven track record in operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment, such as a Start-up or Scale-up - You poss strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing teams - You have demonstrated experience in process improvement, workflow automation, and change management - You manifest profound expertise in utilizing Salesforce CRM as a strategic tool for operations optimization - You display excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach - You are a strong and transparent communicator in English (ideally also German, but not a requirement) with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization - Last, but not least, you have a solutions-oriented mindset and do not accepted a "that's not possible" answer What you like - Let’s state the obvious: You will be part of a motivated and highly qualified team with flat hierarchies and - surprise - regular team events, such as celebrating the Hamburg harbor birthday, conquering Xletix, after-work drinks on our rooftop terrace or ambitious Mario Kart tournaments - And of course, you will also find the obligatory fruit basket, muesli bar as well as cold and warm drinks - Enjoy the summer with the 4-day week in July and August - Take advantage of the discounts on various brands and trips - Flexible working hours and the possibility to work from the office or from home (hybrid) - Interested in working with a view on the Elbe and some of Hamburg’s most famous and beautiful sights?
