Senior Treasury Specialist

**Your Tasks**:

- You define and actively shape WEPA’s global Treasury strategy jointly with Head of Group Treasury as well as represent WEPA through coordinating risk-focused banking relationships
- You manage, monitor and optimize WEPA Group’s internal & external risk exposure across the value chain (incl. FX & rate positions,)
- You are responsible for the Operational Management of WEPA Group's financial and strategic risk portfolio (identification. reporting and initiation of mitigation) enabling better and data-driven decision making
- You will take ownership of the day-to-day management of WEPA Group risk portfolio (risk appetite, instruments, costs / benefit analysis, contact with banks,...) in line with defined risk management strategy with Head of Group Treasury & Investor Relations
- You negotiate and provide binding global risk management programs and support management / stakeholder with risk guidance
- You support group resilience and investor relations activities

**Your Profile**:

- **Qualification**:

- University degree in economics or similar
- 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role
- **Experience and Know-how**:You combine Treasury experience within an international corporate context around financing-, liquidity
- and risk management matters paired with a strategic mindset, analytical skills. Treasury strategies are key next to being passioned about actively shaping your business environment to a next level
- **Languages**:Very good English and German skills
